Scope

These terms apply to all our quotations, work and sales, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Quotations and prices

Prices are given on request and remain valid for thirty days. All prices include VAT unless stated otherwise.

Appointments

An appointment made through the website is a request. It becomes final once we confirm it by phone or e-mail. If you cannot make it, please let us know in good time.

Carrying out the work

We carry out the work as a good professional. If we notice during the work that more is needed, we call you first and only continue once you agree.

Warranty

New tyres carry the manufacturer's warranty. Our fitting work is guaranteed as to workmanship. Damage from misuse, under-inflation or road damage is not covered.

Payment

Payment is due when the vehicle is collected, unless agreed otherwise.

Disputes

Belgian law applies to our agreements. In the event of a dispute, the courts of Ghent have jurisdiction.
